EX6150 vs. EX6120

Can someone tell me the diffference between the EX6150 and EX6120.  I have a dual band network and am looking to extend both.

    Physically, the EX6150 has a Gigabit Ethernet port, whereas the EX6120 has a 100 Mbps Ethernet port. AFAICT, their firmware feature set looks identical.
