same issue here was working, then spectrum changed something... extender never had firmware update and stopped working.. tried new extender no go, updated extender to latest firmware no go.. i can connect either via wps or manually same as you lights on says connected but not really and no internet...
did you ever find a new router that works with the current spectrum wifi tower...
- PixelWizard101Jul 13, 2019AspirantI have the same problem as well. The most infuriating part is there seems to be no correlation between the highs and lows of the extender’s accountability. It’ll work for a full day and then the next morning stop. Nothing has changed and nothing can change it. It feels like it’s a matter of pushing buttons and hoping it works out. My location is optimal and I get nothing but green from the extender’s end, but I have no internet whatsoever. To the point where the original internet network actually works better, and that’s saying something. Firmware is up to date and I’ve tried everything I can, messing with both the router, and any device I try to connect it to. Anybody have a clue how to solve this, yet?
