ok, I have no support since this wasn't unboxed for at least 6 months. Long story. I just need to hook it into my home wifi network They say to go to a url that is prompting me for a username&pass...
Try hardwiring into it for setup. Makes it go smoother.
There's also a video on the support site that walks you through the smart connection wizard. Did you try watching that?
yeah got it going after 2 hrs of frustration. I won't belabor what I had to do, but more than I should have ....thanks for the reply.
