What are the led's on it doing?
Id highly recommend not using wps with that router. I've seen repeated problems. different manufacturers can code wps different and it can cause issues.
So factory reset the extender and reinstall it using the installation assistant.
- sanjerAspirantHello, Thanks for the quick info.I have reset the Netgear several times and tried to do Install a new One. I think I have all the correct answers. I cannot get it to connect with the modem/router. I have it plugged into my laptop. I can see the wifi .ext on the wifi screen but it tries to connect with the modem and no go. I have been able to look into my Modem files looking to see if any thing should stop a new connection. Funny our last Netgear just stopped several days ago. Good at night and morning on Modem connection. Any suggestions? Sandra
