That lets you see its firmware, status page, and connection status. There's also 2 versions of the EX6150. One is a mesh device (version 2) and the other isn't. The firmware or full model number would tell me which version it is. If its mesh, when setup with wps, it uses the same ssid as the router so you won't "see" the ssid/wireless name. but devices will roam to it. 

The WPS light on extender stays green after blinking.  ----thats exactly how it works. Blinks during setup and stays solid when setup. 

The WPS light on router blinks green, then goes dark.

Reset is a good idea; I will try that now.

You might have set it up. If its the mesh version of the ex6150 and you set it up using wps, it sets up using the same ssid as the router. Devices will roam to it automatically depending on connection to router vs extender. It won't show up as a seperate network.
