EX6250 | AC1750 mesh extender Issues
My EX6250 | AC1750 mesh extender has completely died after just 2 months of use; and of that 2 months it barely worked. Now all the lights are red, the arrows are blue and it won't allow a reset. Any ideas? I have tried to plug it into the router in hopes that getting a signal might revive it; I've of course plugged it into my laptop in an attempt to go to mywifiext dot net to resolve it but nothing. Is there anothe way to reset it vs. the little button where you use a paperclip? Maybe you can hit buttons in some sequence? I'm wondering if the reset button is broken honestly beceause it has no reaction whatsoever.
thanks and I have no idea how to return this thing given that the bestbuy return period has ended and Netgear support isn't exactly responsive. thanks

Have you tried a 30/30/30 reset?
While powered on, push and hold reset for 30 seconds.
Power it off while still holding reset. power off for 30 seconds.
Power it back on while still holding reset and leave it powered on for 30 seconds.
then let off reset.
Also, check the switch on the side. It switches it from ap mode to extender mode. If you hardwire it to your router, it needs to be in access point mode.
You could potentially also try recoverying it via tftp.
are you on windows? if so, follow this guide

just make sure you enable tftp

and here's a video walk through.

and if that doesn't work, you can try using nmrpflash
