EX6250 Netgear AC1750 Mesh Extender - No Longer Works
TL;DR: After the power cutting out, my device no longer shows itself in my Wi-Fi network options for any device, even after multiple factory resets. How do I fix it to where (1) the extensions appear...

A couple things.
1. your photo is showing that the extender is connected back to the router fine with both channels. The "no connection" just means that nothing is connected to the 2.4ghz channel currently.
2. Are you using one wifi? Or did you disable it? That combines the ssid's all into one and allows devices to roam between the router and the extender and even between the different bands.
3. What firmware are you on?
4. What router is it connected to?
5. How far from the router is it and what materials are between the 2 devices (aka what are the walls made from)
6. Do hardwired devices work fine? Try speedtesting a hardwired device. What speeds do you get? And what speeds does the router get hardwired?

Thank you for the response back. Here are my responses to each of your points:
(1) Good to know, thank you.
(2) I did not disable both Wi-Fi networks. Just like how I set it up initially in July, I have them merged under the same identity, but after I did that, they were separate networks to join in the Wi-Fi networks menu. Now, I can't see either in the Wi-Fi networks menu.
(3) My firmware version is: V1.0.0.146.
(4) It is connected to my one router. I'm not sure how else to answer your question.
(5) The router is upstairs and the mesh extender is plugged in directly downstairs in the basement. Separating each floor is just wood, no concrete. I usually access my devices from in the basement, and the only place the router can be is upstairs.
(6) I have not done any hardwired tests, as I cannot run an ethernet cord to my computer downstairs. My router's speeds are fine when accessing devices upstairs, and I have no issues with its speed.
