Ex6250

Mesh extender won’t connect with my phone anymore.
Had it working fine, shifted into another socket and wouldn’t connect to router so I reset to factory settings.
Now won’t even connect to phone’s wifi to begin the connecting to router process.
Green light is on the extender indicating a connection but app prompts me to retry or remove mobile data- no difference just won’t connect again.

    have you tried setting it up with the installation assistant and not using the app?

    if you'd hit wps on it, factory reset it again as the ex6250 is a mesh extender. (meaning it'll have the same ssid as the router)
