EX6410 Lost settings - had to re-set it back up.
Hi all.
New poster, in order to try to get some answers about the range externder.
I've not had it long.(3 months). In that time I've set it up & its lost all settings & had to be re-set up from scratch twice. I'm in the UK & are connected to a Virgin Media Hub 5, which supports mesh.
It has just done this again as I am sat next to it.
A couple of other things:
1.My main PC is connected to the extender via the ethernet port. When it went down, I tried to connect to it via chrome & https / / mywifiext . net. This throws up a privacy error & will not allow connection. If I use Edge, it will allow it through.
2. The Nighthawk app will not find the extender when it went down.
3. The extender has the latest firmware.
Can anyone tell me why this thing ramdomly does this?

We are sorry for not being able to get back to you immediately. Did you have the issue since the beginning you have the extender? Did you try loading the latest firmware or a previous firmware maybe isolate the issue?
