ex7000 sets up but won't recognize password

i upgraded my modem/wifi box and tried multiple times to reinstall, reset the extender , the install seems to work but when i try the 2g or the 5g band it won't accept the password, i left the passwo...

Installed with the install genie, and no special characters in the password and I am using the new share fiber gateway2.0

        I haven’t been able to update it, or check it, cause I can’t log into it, when I use the mywifiext or mywifiext.local it hangs and won’t let me in
