EX7000 Wifi extendeder

I have a EX7000 wifi extender and it is running the latest firmware.

My problem is every morning i have to power the extender down and on again for my connected devices to be able to join the extenders networks. During the day the Three extender LEDs ( 2.5G 5G and Device extender LED ) flash green then orange and stay green for a while then repeats. Whilst this happens there is no down in network connections but when i wake every morning i have no connection until i power the unit down. Ive attempted to reinstall the firmware manually this morning but as i write tis the three LEDs are flashing again. This is not documented anywhere, ive moved the extender closer to router and further from router but this problem still persists.

Please help me has this is really starting to grate on me now as the extender isnt all that old at just over a year old, not exatcly value for money!
