Ex7000

Hi everyone

I have a EX7000 and it suddendly stop working. My router which is a nighthawk ac1900 doesnt recognize the extender. I already try to reset it several times but it doesnt work. The only light that light up is the logo and the ethernet ports. i also try with a different power adapter which i know it works and it doesnt happen anything. the reset button doesn't work and also it doesn't light up the wifi lights.

I also try to do the TFTP and also didnt work. 

I tried both Microsoft Tftp and with the software 

How can i make it work?
