EX7300 Not connecting to computer and if connected shows no internet

My nighthawk EX7300 worked fine for a few months.  Got 5G router through cable company and now I cannot get it to work.  My devices see the _2gExt but cannot get internet.  I have tried resetting everything and nothing works.  Now I cannot get it to connect to the computer.  Help, please.  i need the push on this end of the house.

 

Windows 10, latest firmware on extender.

    What router did you install? 

    How are you attempting setup? Using wps or the installation asssistant?
