Thank You for helping me and it worked. My new question is:
Do I use Fast Lane?
The router is in the living room and office.
Living Room:
Roku Stick
Office:
Wireless Printer
Laptop
The extender is plugged in the middle of the house where there two bed rooms near.
My Bedroom:
Laptop
Tablet
Guest bed room 1:
Laptop
Tablet
Guest bedroom 2:
Tablet
Is there a option to have extender decide what bands to use?
What is v2 mean in the model number?

v2 means version 2.
usually updates/optimization to the design.
Fastlane is something you need to test. In some cases, it works really well. For others there isn't any improvement.
As well as the different modes can make it more/less optimial for your situation. Reason why is 2.4ghz is much slower but penetrates further. 5ghz has much higher speeds but doesn't transmit as far or through as much. But fastlane does decrease latency.
Modes: router-----2.4ghz signal-----extender----->5ghz devices
router--------5ghz signal-------extender------>2.4ghz devices
so that's why I say you'd need to try each mode and see which works better for your situation.
