EX7300v2 All lights on - it appears bricked!

I have the EX7300v2. All the lights are on.

Power = amber

Router Link LED = amber

Client LED = amber

client and router arrows = solid blue

Tried reset, power down, nothing. Still bricked.

Tried to login to http://mywifiext.local, extender not found.

How can I reset?
