ex7300v2 bought new router, cannot connect extender
We recently had to buy a new router. My wifi extender is connected to the old router. When trying to set it up with the new router, NETGEAR_EXT cannot be found. It is driving me insane. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

What router did you buy?
Did you factory reset the ex7300 and then re-do the setup?
You can reset it by pushing and holding reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered.
- Yes I have done the factory reset. When I go to the nighthawk app to try and set it up, it wants to connect to neatgear_ext but it cannot be found. I’ve tried looking for advice and can not find it anywhere. I bought a 5G Netgear router last week.
The ex7300 does have an ethernet port on it. direct connect a pc/laptop to it and set it up. just make sure you shut off the wifi on the desktop/laptop you use to set it up so it doesn't default back to that versus the ethernet cord.
