EX7300v2

On the model EX7300v2 I have been noticing that i have no wifi connection so i pressed the factory reset button and all that expecting it to work. But every time i try to connect to the router on the app it says we cant find your router and it will never connect and now that i have properly reset it i cannot connect to in in the NH app. Although i am connected to the NETGEAR wifi that i am supposed to be connected to it proceeds to be not found in the NH app and it is driving me insane. Please help me plemans

    What told you that?

Connect to what router? The EX7300v2 is an extender.

Remember that after you reset the EX7300v2 it will revert to the original settings. So you need to set it up again yo work with this unknown router.

Manuals are always a good place to start.

    Visit the support pages:

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.

Begin with the Quick Start/Installation Guide.

What app are you setting it up with? iOS? If so, make sure icloud relay and private mac/ip address are disabled.

If you factory reset it by pushing and holding reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on, you should be back at stock settings, You can use the installation assistant to set it up. Have you tried this?
      Here's a video of how: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yJVklshxBMk

Where is it failing in the process?
Also, keep in mind the EX7300 is a mesh extender. Its not going to have a separate ssid (name) after setup if you use wps or the default installation assistant settings.
