EX7500 - Drops internet connection when device is connected

Hello,   I just received and setup the EX7500 range extender in my house.  The setup went fine, and my devices (in this case iPhone X and XS Max) initially connected.  However after a few minutes...

Any solution here?  I just got off with support and I am out of the warranty period.  They want to charge $49.99 to help me fix their product, which obviously has flaws.  I'll order Google WiFi mesh if I can't get this fixed.

    After doing more research I decided to return mine. There are better solutions for the same price (linksys, google, etc)
