Ex7500 dropping off about 1-2 times per week

I am having the same problem with my Nighthawk R9000 staying connected. Ex7500 dropping off about 1-2 times per week. Very annoying.

I have turned off the 5ghz. I have enabled 2.4ghz for extended devices that don't use 5ghz

Does this solve the problem for the EX extender?
