Ex7500 not working

I'm experiencing exact the same problems. Everything properly configured, connection with router working. See my iphone appearing in the GUI of the EX. However no internet connections possible. Tested the connection with router on the location without the EX and the speed is OK. Why is it not possible to make external connections. My router is a Netgear R7500

Hi Boudie,

 

1. What is the firmware version of the extender?

2. Does the extender appear as an attached device when you check the router (R7500) UI?

3. Does the issue persist on all devices that connect to the extender?
