EX7700 drops iPads and iphone or pc connections

I have exactly the same issue. Connected to by BT router with no problem for 4 months but now will not let some devices connect to the internet despite connecting to the WiFi. Devices report that the connection is there but there is no internet or worse still only report no internet when firing up a browser. Turn the extender off and all works okay again. I have reset and rejoined extender and the problem is still there. Very frustrating!
