Maybe there's something in the floor causing blockages. try moving the extender around. things like foil line insulation, hvac, metal, can call cause signal blockaged. even tile can block signals. So sometimes a lateral move can help a lot.

Which connection light? There's multiple on the ex7700.

are you having an issue with it since you rebooted it?

It is the routter light. The router is a netgear router modem combo.

The Router/Modem Combo is a netgear nighthawk mesh AC1900 so it is good. So what you are saying is that good is the best I am going to get? The Router is upstairs, and the extender is downstairs, almost directly above. I restarted both of them and light hasn't changed.
But like I said light didn't change but my connection seems good. My provider is Spectrum and they had to give an activation number for the Router/Modem because it wasn't theirs.
