EX7700 Nighthawk X6 Extender limited to ~54mbps
I've got the EX7700 Nighthawk X6 Tri-band WiFi Mesh Extender set up as a wifi extender connected over 5GHz to my Archer VR1600v v2 router. I can't get internet down speeds above ~54mbps. Conn...
the only other thing I'd try would be trying it on a different router.
A friend/family member that you can try it on.
If it doesn't work on that, then its a hardware issue and I'd open a support case.
click on "mynetgear" at the top. from there you can register an account and the device. That'll let you check warranty/support
what speed do you get if you hardwire into the extender?
did you set it up using wps or using the installation assistant?
