You can get it from the support site. Click on "downloads", then "+view previous versions"
Known issue apparently, ignored by Netgear. Bad flash ram. See this post https://community.netgear.com/t5/WiFi-Range-Extenders-Nighthawk/EX7700-Loss-of-configuration-on-reboot-soft-or-hard/m-p/2119260/ for more descriptions of same problem. Recommend replacing the device to solve problem.
