My wifi extender is connected to the router succesfully but when i m connecting mobile phone or laptop to the wifi network, it shows " connected without internet ". The extender is setup onboard our ship which uses infinity network to login into the wifi network.
Please suggest steps to be followed to rectify this issue.

What router is it connected to?
Did you set it up using WPS?
If so, try factory resetting it and reinstalling it using the installation assistant.
