EX8000 – AC3000 Nighthawk X6S Tri Band WiFi Mesh Extender

I had to reboot the device and after all the lights stopped flashing only the 2.4g light remains on.  I've turned it off and back on a few times and get the same results. It's less than 3 years old ...

simply plug an ethernet wire into the extender and into a laptop/pc. Disable the pc/laptops wifi so it doesn't default to that. 

Then try to access the extender

    I have it connected to my iMac and one additional light showing the up and down arrow.
    Is there a link to show the procedure?
    Sorry am new to this.

        Tried that didn’t work. Found the IP address and entered after connecting the computer to the extender and page says it refused the connection. I did do a factory reset to see if that whorls work. Still unable to get in.
