EX8000 AC3000 nighthawk X6S
TRYING TO SIGN INTO AC3000 TRI-BAND EXTENDER NIGHTHAWK X6S - IT LOOKS LIKE IT IS CONNECTED AND ONLINE BUT NOT WORKING AND CANNOT SIGN INTO NETGEAR TO SEE IF I NEED TO ADJUST THE SETTINGS. What is the deal with the netgear not connecting for the extender? I am able to adjust my R8000P with no problem.

1. How did you set it up? wps or smart installation wizard?
2. What are the lights on the extender doing? (all of them, color/blinking/etc)
3. Firmware on the extender?
4. Firmware on the router?
5. did it ever work or is this a new purchase?
If you've properly set it up, you should be able to log into the R8000P and look at the attached devices list. It should show you the IP address for the extender. If its not setup properly, it isn't going to be on there. I'd suggest factory resetting it and re-doing the installation if that's the case.
