EX8000 connecting to BT Smart Hub 2
I got one of these 3 days ago and it does not connect to my BT Smart Hub 2 for more than a few hours, I have had to factory reset it 3 times now while on the line to support and now they say its your router not the extender that is the problem. It seems my router is not allowing a good connection. Has anybody else had this problem with a BT Smart Hub 2?

Try turning off smart setup on the bt hub.
Also, after turning off smart setup on the bt hub, try re-running setup on the ex8000 using the installation assistant and not wps.
