EX8000 Dropping Connection
I have the EX8000 mesh extender, and RX200 wifi router. The RX200 is new, once I installed I started having issues with the EX8000 mesh extender dropping connection. Router works great and has no connectivity issues.
This affects all devices connected to the mesh extender. I am connected with a strong signal then connection is randomly dropped. All lights on the EX8000 stay white. Below are steps I have taken to fix with no luck.
1) Hard reset
2) firmware update
3) Moved extender to multiple locations
4) Confirmed no ISP/modem issues
Looking for help as I need the extender to help with dead zone at one end of my house. Thank you.

1. what modem are you using?
2. what firmware is on the rax200?
3. What firmware are you currently on?
4. Does the EX8000 work if you hardwire it in and run it in access point mode? (just making sure it isn't a hardware failure)
5. Are you using the extender with the single ssid function? aka mesh?
6. have you tried it without mesh running?

Has this issue been resolved? I'm having a similar problem with full bars but frequently dropped connection from extender. Current settings:
Extender: EX8000
firmware v1.0.1.224
Router: RAX45
firmware v1.0.2.66_2.0.42
I'm reluctant to spend 2 hours on the phone with support and risk no results. So any advice here would be appreciated!
