EX8000 Firmware update

What's telling you its corrupted? 

Prior to uploading it, are you extracting it?

    Yes, I extracted the files. The firmware update is a Disc Image File (candidly not familiar with format), but when I click on it (i am using a Dell computer running Windows 10, a dialogue box entitled “Couldn’t Mount File” says the disc image file is corrupted.
