Extend from an extender

Hi

I am trying to extend wi-fi to an outbuilding and have a wi-fi extender.

 

Is it possible to gain further distance by using a second wi-fi extender?

Is it possible to get them to work together in chain?

    It's not recommended. Each extender cuts speeds by 50%. Chaining a second extender would result in an overall 75% drop in speeds.
