Extend the wifi range with different SSID and Password. Which model can do it?

Which model can extend the wifi range with different SSID and Password? Because that is actually what i need, i previously had a Wireless N(brandless i guess bought on ebay) repeater that was configured in WISP mode, well when configuring it would appear ""WISP(Ap client)"". If configured like that it would allow me to extend the signal but with different SSID and Password too, but it would block some traffic on phone, for example some apps dont have conectivity like ebay or viber app, while i could surf the net perfectly on browser and download ect., mean while PC had no problems at all.
Weird thing that with that previous repeater if i would configure on Repeate mode, the issue would resolve but wouldnt be able to change password of the new extended signal only the SSID at inital config page, AND it wouldnt allow me anymore to access the repeater IP anymore, default gateway would appear of the original modem. Its a pretty weird situation i cant think of how is possible to be able to surf the net on phone while some apps have no connectivity at all, tried with different phones and had same issue ebay app had no conectivity ect
So all in all i wanna buy a propper netgear repeater and would wanna know which model can extend the signal but with different SSID and Password.
