Extender EX6120 cannot log in, never get to extender setup page

Successfully set up via WPA.  Works great.  Wanted to log in and change the password and review settings, but it only goes to the login page, asking for email/password which I never set up.   Is there a default factory login?   

I can never get to extender setup page.  The password help is no good as I never set up the security questions, so I have not the answers.

The extender is working well, but if anything changes, I'm limited in my ability to correct problems if I cannot login to the extender.
