Extender Firmware Upload?

I am new at this game.  I just purchased this extender.  I connected.  My computer whilst loading password to the new WIFI advised me that the new extender is no secure.  I went to support and downlo...

I do not see any upload anything.

 

I am totally confused.  Any help for a newbie?
