Extender login problems

I cant access the wifi extender login (192.168.1.250, mywifiext.com and the other one that I'm not allowed to post on the community) on my iOS devices. I used to be able to do it before but all of a sudden, it stopped. Whereas I can access it on some Android devices. This is so weird. Why does this happen. Please help. I want to access it on iOS!

    Thank you for reaching out. Just to clarify, you only have a problem accessing the extender's UI via the web using your iOs devices, is that correct? What are those devices and iOs versions? When did the issue start? Did you try mywifiext.net on the web?

        What are those devices and iOs versions? When did the issue start? It seems that this is only isolated on your iOs devices which is indeed weird because we haven't had any reports pertaining to this issue.
