What router are you connecting to?
Firmware on the extender?
have you tried changing the password on the router?
Hi,
The router is a Technicolor DWA0120.
The extender is only a year old.
Not sure how to change the routers password.
I've read a few posts that report technicolor routers struggle with wps setup on extenders.
Try the installation wizard for setup.

You can also log into the router (see the router's manual) and change your wifi password if needed

Thanks for your response, I’ve tried the installation wizard a few times and it still comes up with the same fault of not being able to connect to the network.
I’ll try changing the routers password, to see if this helps.
