Extender vs Access Point setup
I have a AC750/EX6100 wifi range extender. What are circumstances to set switch to 'extender' vs 'access point'? Neither setting works now.
Got it. Using access point and works great.

"Access Point" mode applies when you connect the EX6100 to the router via ethernet. That gives the best performance, but often is not practical.
"Extender" mode applies when you connect the EX6100 to the router over WiFi.
Can you give us more information on where the setup is going wrong?
