Extender WN3000RP Not connecting to WiFI

I cannot connect to WIFi. I have a router and tried connecting via WPS. The extender name appears on my device but I cannot connect to it. The lights on the extender show green except the Link Rate which is not lit. I have done a factory reset and also set up the extender in the same room as the Router but there is still no connection.

Any suggestions please

What router are you connecting to?

Try to install the extender using the installation assistant method and not wps. Wps can get coded different between manufacturers and cause issues.

Also, there's 2 link lights. client link light and router link light

client link light is for when you connect a device to the extender

router link light is for the connection between router----extender.

Many thanks. I installed as you suggested and am now connected. A relief.
