So basically Netgear shouldn't label those devices as "Mesh" if canno't do what 802.11s describes :/
Don't you agree?

No I don't agree.
Its a "mesh extender" not a fully mesh system.
and extenders aren't recommended past 1 extender regardless of if you run mesh or standard

So it should be able to do what 802.11s describe https://www.academia.edu/21587927/IEEE_802.11s_The_WLAN_Mesh_Standard
Let me remember you that your advertising page is showing a daisy chain for yor EX extendershttps://www.netgear.it/landings/mesh-wifi-extenders/
Your product shouldn't labeled "mesh"
Mesh networks (BT/wifi/proprietary) work differently.

1. this isn't netgear. this is the public community forum. In no way shape or form am I netgear so saying "your advertising" or "your product" doesn't mean a thing to me. And we're not paid to do this.
2. I'm not going to argue with you. I've explained how to make it function better. you can use it in one big mesh but if the router signal isn't stable, you'll probably have issues. Maybe there is improvements in running multiple extenders in the pipeline. Again, not netgear here.
Good luck .

There is nothing to argue.
Is it capable of 802.11s?
Yes---> "Mesh wifi"
No--->Not "Mesh wifi"
Easy!
For me, labelling "Mesh wifi" a thing that isn't Mesh is not correct cause mesh is an IEEE standard.
I thought "community Netgear" was managed by Netgear, and answers come from people paid from Netgear. Sorry.
