Extremely slow - Download Doanload speed 1 mbps for a 100 mbps wifi
Download speed shows less that 1 Mbps. while upload speed is about 60 mbps. Something is seriously wrong with the device. I got it delivered today. Please help me. Even the serial number upon enterin...
1. what actual device do you have?
2. what router is it connected to?
3. what speeds do you pay for?
4. what speeds do you get hardwired into the router?
5. what speeds do you get hardwired into the extender (if thats what you have)?
6. how did you setup the device?
Device: EX6120
Connected to Huawei HG8145V5
Speed is 100 Mbps
I get over 100 MBps on wired connection
wired into the extender you get 100mbps?
are you speedtesting on wireless over 2.4ghz or 5ghz? Try both
Did you set it up using wps or the installation assistant?
I dont have Lan port in my laptop to check this.
I have tried noth 2.5 and 5Ghx. Both are about 1 Mbps max speed
I used installation assistant from web browser.
But you put you got 100mbps on a wired connection?
Not sure how you're testing that.
Have you tried speedtesting on the extender using different devices?
If you log into the extender, what is is showing for your status page (it'll have details on the connection link back to the router)
