Extremely slow - Download Doanload speed 1 mbps for a 100 mbps wifi
Download speed shows less that 1 Mbps. while upload speed is about 60 mbps. Something is seriously wrong with the device. I got it delivered today. Please help me. Even the serial number upon enterin...
My wifi internet connection is 110-120 mps on upload and dowload without any issues, I had tested many times previously. I have this connection since over a year.
I get the same low download speed on my phone as well when connected to the extender.
Pls see attached my status.
Not sure how you're testing 2.4ghz because its disabled by your status page.
the 5ghz has a great link back to the router.
I disabled it after testing if it works. If you wish I can enable it again but believe me I am not a total newbie in this. So I prefer if you would focus on the real issue. If this extender is faulty then please send a replacecment ASAP.

If you truly feel its a hardware failure. Contact support. Support is only free for the first 90 days of purchase though. Click on mynetgear at the top and register an accoutn and the device. from there you contact support.
