Firmware upgrade EX3700

My extender is about 13 months old. I downloaded a firmware update from NetGear but can not log in to my Extender. Totally lost ...

Try a factory reset and set up from scratch with the EX. Once you have it back online, then try to update the FW. I would use a wired PC connected to the main host router to send the FW file to the EX. Besure the EX has good signal before updateing FW.
