full wifi frequency range

Hi all,

 

i orderd this product on Amazon and i faced an issue wth our local telecomunication office.

currently this device will not be released until i will provide the full requency range of the 5GH.

ive been trying to get that information without any luck.

it should say 5.x~5.y or somthing like that.

its very importent that it will be the same product (EX3700-100PES).

 

can someone guide me how to get this information?

    check the channels supported in the GUI. You can then check the freq based on channels supported. We usually support channels 36-48 which is freq 5180-5240 and high channels 149-161 which is freq 5745-5805.

      unfurtently, our local communication office has confiscated the product.

      the frequency on the high channels are not allowed.

      i had to get approve that it only uses 5180-5240.

      it will detroye if i wont sent it back to Amazon.
