Have this same exact problem. Got mine 4 days ago and it randomly disconnects multiple times a day. Im looking through the app and dont even see a “channel” setting anywhere either
If this is 4 days old, I would start by contacting Netgear support.
If Netgear is not helpful, it would help by identifying WHAT THIS IS? "mine" is not very specific.
