Guest Network on Extender (EX7300) in Access Point Mode

I have a Nighthawk AC1900 router and using an EX7300 as a wired access point, in a studio detached from the main house (works great).

I want to add a Guest Network to the AC1900 - will the EX7300 have that Guest Network too.

I want to retain the primary network also as the TV in the studio uses this. So I need it to do both.

If yes, how do I do it.

If no is there a product out there in the Netgear family that will do what I am looking for.
