Guest Network

I have set this up and it extends my main SSID's brilliantly but doesn't pick up my guest SSID's (which is what I really bought it for). Any ideas on how I can fix this please?

    Run the setup using the installation wizard and select the guest network to extend instead of the primary.

It doesn't pickup and extend both the main and the guest network. Its an either or option.
