Having issues with my TP Link RE650 accessing the internet through my R7850 nighthawk x6

I can connect to my router with my Extender no problem. I just don’t get any internet service with my extender when I’m connected.

did you setup the re650 using wps? if so, factory reset it and try installing again using their installation assistant. Not wps.

    Yes I tried installing it using the extenders app. Also a browser. Nothing seems to work

      what firmware is on the RE650?

      Have you contacted tp-link on it? 

      any other devices having issues connecting to the router?
