Hello, a while back I bought a Nighthawk x65 AC 3000 tri-Band Range extender (cant setup)

Hello, at 2017 I bought a nighthawk x65 AC 3000-tri-band range extender. I'm just know setting it up, But when I went to the website it bring me to automatically, It brought me up to a login page (DISCLAIMER-It wasnt mywifitext and I Can't access to mywifitext, even if the Wi-Fi is on or off and the ethernet plugged into my desktop with an Ethernet cable) I tried to factory reset my extender if that would change anything but it didn't. Also for me to access the website I had to turn of my Wi-Fi off, which is weird. When the Wi-Fi was off, it keep bringing me to the login page. But when I went to Netgear genie of my router then went to advance theirs 3 (Guest networks) their name was NETGEAR-GUEST, NETGEAR-5G-GUEST, NETGEAR-5G-GUEST Radio and their marked with an X. What im "guessing" is that it indicates that the extender is operating as a separate network rather than being directly accessible via your main network.
