Help! Setting up my EX6000 range extender

I need to reset my net gear WiFi range extender as our virgin router updated itself. I can connect to the extender and get to the net gear login page, where it asks for my email address & password. Unfortunately I cannot remember my password and when I the password help it asks me two questions that I haven’t got a clue as to what the answers are? However it doesn’t let me go beyond this page. I just need to reset my password, but cannot! Please can someone help me.
