How do I edit firewall rules for inbound and outbound services?

I'm not sure if Access Points is the right sub-forum to list this question under, but I wasn't sure so I just chose this one. Anyway, I have a Netgear WNDR3400v2 wireless router and the original software CD that came with the router was Netgear Genie. The real reason that I want to edit my inbound and outbound services is to open my NAT type for my Playstation 3. I've looked up a ton of youtube videos and they really didn't pan out but one of them looked pretty promising. Here is the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6PUmw0Fq-Ws In the video he sets his PS3 up as an inbound and outbound service and edits the Firewall Rules using Netgear SmartWizard. But my software is Netgear Genie. The two programs look completely different especially because the Genie does not have a section about firewall rules, inbound services, or outbound services under security settings. Netgear Genie just doesn't look like it is very sophisticated and its options are very narrow. I could probably do it if I had SmartWizard like the guy in the video, but I don't have SmartWizard. Can I get SmartWizard? Is it even compatible with the WNDR3400v2? Is there a way to edit inbound and outbound services with the Genie that I don't know about? What should I do?
